Each piece is individually handmade.
Subtle variations are part of its unique character.

HAAKOのジュエリーは、一点ずつ手作業で制作しています。
そのため、彫りの表情や仕上がりには個体差があります。
それぞれを、その作品固有の表情としてお楽しみください。

Care

Moisture, sweat, and friction may cause discoloration or dullness over time.
Please remove your jewelry during exercise, bathing, water-related activities, and while sleeping.
Cosmetics, perfumes, and chemicals may affect certain materials and natural stones.
After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

水分・汗・摩擦は、変色やくすみの原因となります。
運動・入浴・水仕事・就寝時は、ジュエリーを外してください。
化粧品・香水・薬品は、素材や天然石に影響を与える場合があります。
使用後は柔らかい布で優しく拭き、直射日光や高温多湿を避けて保管してください。

Repairs

Repairs and maintenance are available upon request.
Availability and fees may vary depending on the condition and materials.If issues such as loose stones or other setting-related problems occur within one month of delivery under normal wear, we will address them at no charge.After that period, repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

修理・メンテナンスは有償にて承っております。
状態や素材の特性により、対応できない場合もございます。
また、お届けから1ヶ月以内に、通常使用の範囲内で石取れ等の不具合が生じた場合は、無償にて対応いたします。
それ以降の修理については、状態を確認の上、個別にご案内いたします。

Resizing

Resizing is available in certain cases, depending on the design and condition of the piece.
Please note that some designs may not be eligible.

サイズ直しは、デザインや状態により対応可能な場合に限り承ります。 内容によってはお受けできない場合があります。

Returns & Cancellations

As all pieces are made to order, cancellations and returns are not accepted once an order has been placed.
If you notice any issue upon arrival, please contact us promptly.

受注制作のため、ご注文後のキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりません。
万が一、初期不良があった場合は、商品到着後速やかにご連絡ください。
